We are giving you a more detailed presentation of the Fullnine/Fullseven, Hardnine/Hardseven and Trekking model ranges. In addition, you can now order further models of the top E-MTBs with full suspension from the ALLMTN range. You can find the links in the ALLMTN series section.

1. Haibike Fullnine 2021/Haibike Fullseven 2021: Greater Variety in the Middle Segment
One step below the ALLMTN models, with Haibike’s Fullnine and Fullseven, the next Fully E-MTBs immediately follow. There work has been done on the middle of the range. Both the Fullnine and the Fullseven will each have two new bikes in 2021, with Yamaha’s mid-motor PW-ST at their heart. The Yamaha intube battery with 630 watt hours slumbers in the down tube of the aluminium frame. Both promise you a harmonious interplay, which you can extend additionally. Thanks to MRS, you have the chance to install another battery. Haibike will probably introduce this in the not too distant future. Exactly when this will happen and how many watt-hours the Extender will have at that time is still written in the stars.

2. Haibike Hardnine 2021/ Haibike Hardseven 2021: A Classic Reissued
The entry into the group of e-mountainbikes has always been the hardtails. These bikes feel comfortable in technically less demanding terrain and at the same time allow rapid progress on the road. Not least because of this, the Hardnine and Hardseven models are usually very popular. And Haibike now breathes fresh air into this love. Almost the entire model range is being lifted onto a new frame base.
New, more elegant design
The lines are very similar to their predecessors. However, it is noticeable that the striking solid welds have disappeared. All forms merge more harmoniously into one another, which gives the bikes a little more elegance. An effect that is supported by the fully integrated cable routing. In addition, the new frames will in future offer mounts for side stands and carriers as standard.

The update covers all models with Yamaha drive as well as the Bosch Performance Line. So don’t get confused, with Hardnine 10 and Hardnine 9 as well as Hardseven 10 and Hardseven 9 with the Performance CX engines, everything remains as before.
An important difference between the versions with the engines of the two different manufacturers is the Range Extender Option. For all Bosch engines you can choose this range extender option. Regarding the Yamaha engines this is unfortunately not available.

3. Haibike Trekking 2021: Now It’s Time to Go on Tour
Definitely a highlight are the new Trekking E-Bikes Trekking 10 and Trekking 9 from Haibike. With two completely new frames, the manufacturer is expanding its previous range very emphatically. It looks like the guys from Lower Franconia want to open up with the model year 2021 to a clientele that Haibike has not necessarily had on the radar for itself so far.
Comfort in different shapes
There are also two frames enabling a more comfortable way to get on your bike, named low step and low standover. The first variant completely comes without a top tube, while it drops from the head tube down to the seat tube in the second. Their design makes both easier to get on and off. The interface to the mid-motor is cast and seamlessly connects the down tube, with the seat tube and the chain stays. According to Haibike, this should increase the stiffness of the bikes, which improves propulsion. All cables are completely routed inside the frame. As a result, the new Trekking 10 and Trekking 9 look extremely tidy. Haibike has also thought of that certain something. Haibike’s typical TwinTailLights can be integrated into the dropouts of the new frames. The light cables run through the chain stays.
Haibike has even created a cross version of the low step for Trekking 9. Without mudguards, light and luggage rack, this version has a really sporty look.
Plenty of freedom in the choice of motor
The drive of the 10 and 9 series models is based on Bosch systems. Those of you who prefer Yamaha don’t need to be sad. Trekking 6 and Trekking 4 have also received a new low step version. There the mid-motor PW-ST is used in combination with an intube battery with 500 watt hours.

Original article 5th October 2020
For ten years now, Haibike has been going wild with its ideas in the field of e-bikes. The eleventh season is all about more comfort and more range. For some years now, the men from the Franconian town of Sennfeld have been among the brands that assemble motors and batteries from different manufacturers on their bikes under one roof. This portfolio will be expanded again for 2021. More powerful motors and batteries with a longer range – that is the short version. The best way to find out what this means in practice is to test it yourself.
PS: Soon there will be more news about the other models (FullNine, FullSeven, HardNine, HardSeven, Trekking, …) so check back regularly!
4. Haibike ALLMTN 2021: Power and Endurance by the Bucketload
Regarding the ALLMTN models 6 and 7 Haibike digs deep into its box of tricks. The frame is completely made of carbon. The carbon frame is combined with the new Yamaha PW-X2, an intube battery with 600 watt hours and 160 millimetres of travel. The display used is the Yamaha Side-Switch. The typical Haibike look is retained on the frame, but they have a somewhat sleeker and more modern look. At the dropout the integrated, smart Twin Tail lights are used again.
Specs Haibike ALLMTN 7:
- Motor: Yamaha PX-X2 (80 Nm)
- Battery: Yamaha InTube 600 Wh
- Display: Yamaha Display A
- Suspension fork: FOX 38 Factory FIT4 160 mm
- Damper: FOX DPX2 Factory 160 mm
- Seat post: Haibike Components Dropper-Post 150 mm
- Brakes: Shimano XT 203/203 mm
- Gears: Shimano XT/SLX 12-speed 10 – 51
- Stem: Haibike Components TheStem 250 mm
- Handlebar: Haibike Components TheBar 780 mm
- Wheel set: Syntace V/V30i 29/27,5″
- Tyres: Maxxis Minion DHF/DHR (EXO/EXO+) 29″ x 2,5″/27,5″ x 2,8″
- Weight: 24,0 kg
- Max. weight driver/equipment: 96 kg
From our point of view, Haibike announces relatively fair prices for both models: 5,699 Euros for the ALLMTN 6 and 6,199 Euros for the ALLMTN 7. In comparison: Top carbon mountain bikes from other manufacturers such as the Macina Prowler and the Exonic from KTM as well as the Reign E+ from Giant are significantly more expensive. The first reviews suggest that the combination of modern geometry and the performance-oriented Yamaha drive system is a lot of fun to ride. We read about “strong power development at low cadence” (bike-magazin.de) and a “very good price-performance ratio” (emtb-news.de).
The entry-level models in the series, ALLMTN 1 and ALLMTN 2, are then each based on an aluminium frame, the mid-engine Yamaha PW-ST and a somewhat stronger battery with 630 watt hours – also integrated for sure. With all these e-mountainbikes you can use Haibikes Modular Rail System (MRS) to mount various accessories like bottles, locks, etc. Furthermore, the newcomers come with a mixed wheel configuration (DiMMix). So, the front and rear wheel differ in size. In this case the front wheel is 29 inches and the rear 27.5 inches. All other ALLMTN models already follow this principle.
Special solution for integration of Bosch motors
The versions with the Gen4 Bosch Performance CX motors are increasing from two to three. Especially for the change to this motor generation Haibike has changed the frame of these bikes. The Bosch engines are installed turned 42 degrees clockwise. Therefore, the motor is not completely enclosed by the frame tubes. A gap remains towards the downtube. According to Haibike, the air stream entering there cools the motor additionally. Own investigations have probably shown a temperature advantage of 5 °C to 8 °C compared to the competition. A further advantage of this equipment line is that the Range Extender Option can be selected for all frame sizes, giving you additional battery capacity.

Background: Adieu “sduro” and “xduro
Did any of you miss the common Haibike terms “sduro” and “xduro”? Yes? For the models from 2021 onwards the terms will be deleted. However, the models with Flyon drive will still be marked accordingly.

how much does the full suspension carbon fiber frame mountain bike weigh and what size battery does it have?
Hi Dave,
If you refer to the Haibike ALLMTN 7 and Haibike ALLMTN 6 the weight is about 24 kilograms. Both bikes feature a 600 watt hours battery.
Cheers, Matthias
