Supernova MINI 2 PRO e-bike front light

A revolution in bicycle lighting!

The Mini 2 Pro headlight is the pinnacle of what is possible when you put size, design and performance into perspective. This compact, absolutely smart headlight has a low beam with 235 lumens, a phenomenal high beam with 550 lumens or 160 lux light output as well as an integrated daytime running light and thus surpasses everything Supernova has developed so far.

The Mini 2 Pro is equipped with an intelligently controllable automotive power LED of the latest generation and a Terraflux lens. At night, this combination guarantees optimal, even illumination in front of the bike, but also excellent illumination of the surroundings.  This creates safety! Other road users will no longer underestimate you in the future. Even when cornering, the headlight offers ideal visibility due to the width of the light carpet. And if you switch on the high beam, it's bright as day anyway!

The Mini 2 Pro works with a voltage of 12 volts and has a soft start function, which means that it can also be used with those drives that react sensitively to high current flows, such as Brose. At the same time, this improves the service life and brightness stability of the LED. That is why Supernova gives a 5-year guarantee on the Mini 2 Pro.

It is conveniently operated via the control of the e-bike and the included high beam button, which is mounted near the handlebar using a magnetic holder. The headlight itself is equipped with the new Low Direct Mount and can be optimally and elegantly integrated into the cockpit using various Supernova brackets.

Technologies

Low beam - LOW BEAM
"A good low beam is characterised by a wide, even carpet of light without hard edges, which runs far ahead of the rider and illuminates dangerous spots in good time. When set correctly, glare-free driving is guaranteed for other road users and you can ride safely in traffic without disturbing others. A special feature of Supernova low beams is the always very wide illumination, which makes cornering much safer."

High beam - HIGH BEAM
"The Mini 2 Pro offers a true high beam with full illumination above the glare horizon, just like a car headlight. Competitors like to call even a simple boosted low beam a "high beam". When optimally set, real high beam reaches extremely far and illuminates the entire surroundings. This gives the rider plenty of room to react and increases safety enormously when riding fast. The e-mountain bike and fast e-bike sector is booming and this M99 series is optimally designed for this sector. The extremely bright high beam allows you to tackle even the most difficult terrain, and on the approach to the trail, the low beam does not dazzle drivers or other road users. In rough terrain, you can ride as fast as during the day by switching on the high beam."

Terraflux lens and daytime running lights
"The Terraflux lens is a milestone in optics development. No other lens of this size produces such bright and uniform illumination on the road and at the same time has such good ambient illumination above the cut-off line. With the Terraflux lens, you are noticed in traffic and yet do not dazzle oncoming traffic. Thanks to sophisticated light control, the Terraflux lens directs 90% of the light to where it is needed most: onto the road. There it forms a wide and even carpet of light that reaches from the front wheel far into the distance. The permanent daytime running light calculated into the lens ensures very good visibility of the driver in traffic during the day. At night, this light component is used for excellent ambient illumination and warns of low-hanging branches on the trail."
