SHIMANO SLX SL-M7000 shift lever I-Spec B | I-Spec II | Clamp 11-speed

The SHIMANO SLX SL-M7000 Rapidfire Plus shifter is designed for MTBs. A longer shift housing and a wider operating range in combination with the I-SPEC mount guarantee optimal ergonomics and a clean and elegant integration into your cockpit. The SLX shifter shines with 20% less operating force.

From a technical point of view, it is oriented towards the top groupsets such as the XT and is equipped accordingly. For example, the position of the lever for the thumb can be individually adjusted on the I-SPEC versions. The 11-speed trigger has 2-way release technology, which means that the next gear can be engaged by pulling with the index finger or pressing with the thumb. A clearly defined and crisp pressure point gives a pleasant feedback of the shifting process. With the Multi Shift function, up to 3 gears can be shifted up at once.

The shift lever is available in the versions I-SPEC B, I-SPEC II or with clamp.

Note
The version with clamp has an optical gear indicator. Adjustments of the lever position are not possible here.

TECHNOLOGIES

2-WAY RELEASE
The release lever for downshifting can be operated either by pressing with the thumb or by pulling with the index finger. This allows the gearstick lever to adapt optimally to the respective riding situation.

RAPIDFIRE PLUS
The first choice of mountain bikers for fast shifting since 1985. Up to three gears can be shifted with one push.

I-SPEC II
This mounting system for gear levers offers optimum ergonomics, a tidy appearance and more space in the cockpit. It is mounted directly on the I-SPEC II compatible clamp of the brake lever. The trigger can be shifted 12mm to the left or right, as well as adjusted by 15° in angle.

OPTISLICK
OPTISLICK cables reduce friction and thus the effort required when shifting gears thanks to the minimalist, uniform galvanic coating. The coating also provides excellent corrosion protection.

DYNA-SIS 11
Rhythm and range
The real advantage of the 11-speed drivetrain is that the entire transmission range is available without having to give up the rhythm to which you are accustomed. DYNA-SYS11 ensures an optimal rhythm with "Rhythm Step" gears in the most used areas of flat and uphill.Less shifting of the front derailleur thanks to optimal number of teeth at the front. The rider controls cadence and energy consumption via the close-ratio cassette. The system is a highly efficient gear combination - the result: more speed with the same effort.
