The CJ-8S20/40 are compatible with the following Shimano 8-speed hubs:

SG-8R20, SG-8C20, SG-8R25, SG-8C25, SG-8R30, SG-8C30, SG-8R31, SG-8C31, SG-8R35, SG-8R36, SG-C6000, SG-C6001, SG-C6010, SG-C6011.

The CJ-8S40 is additionally compatible with the following Alfine derailleurs:

SG-S500 and SG-S501
