The Powunity BikeTrax GPS tracker is integrated into the EU-wide data network thanks to its integrated SIM card. In combination with the free app, you can locate your eBike anywhere in the EU* at any time and determine the exact coordinates of its location. The BikeTrax GPS tracker activates as soon as the eBike makes an unwanted excursion and sounds an alarm on your smartphone.

1 year Europe-wide data transmission - free of charge

The GPS coordinates are transmitted via LTE-M and narrowband IoT 4G or 5G. The 1st year is fully included in the purchase price. At the end of the first year, data transmission can be easily extended on a monthly basis via the Powunity app. The cost is €3.95 per month. The Powunity service is billed monthly and can therefore be used individually. For example, only in the summer months when the bike is in daily use.

Powunity BikeTrax with useful route diary for eBikes

The kilometres ridden on the eBike are saved in the route diary on a daily basis, including recording of distance, average and maximum speed. The user profile created on the app can be used on any number of smartphones so that family members can also see where the rider is currently travelling or receive a theft alarm. The route data can be exported as a gpx file.

GPS tracker with additional battery - why is this important?

Normally, the GPS theft protection is linked to the eBike battery. If the eBike battery is removed or the eBike is switched off, the battery attached to the GPS tracker provides the necessary power for tracking. The additional battery in the BikeTrax guarantees a runtime of 14 hours of active tracking and up to 3 weeks in standby mode if the eBike is not moved. The additional battery is recharged immediately after the eBike is switched on. The additional battery only needs 1.5 hours to charge from 0% to 100%.
