This set of front brake with 4 pistons and rear brake with 2 pistons is the entry into trail performance at an outstanding price.

Trail performance in this case means maximum braking power on the front wheel and ingenious dosing on the rear wheel supported by the ergonomic 1-finger HC lever. The genes of the big World Cup-tested siblings are clearly noticeable!

Regarding the brake discs and pads, our recommendation is clearly MDR-P or MDR-C discs with the new Sport brake pads. In this combination, they finally unfold their full effect in terms of braking performance and durability. The new brake discs shine with higher lateral stiffness and heat resistance with reduced vibration. Optionally, the shift levers can be mounted directly on the brake via Shift Mix clamps for a tidy cockpit. The adjustable lever width (Reach Adjustment) allows you to find your individual setting.

Carbotecture®
A mixture of high-tech polymers and carbon or glass fibres is transformed into a plastic granulate in several complex processes. During the processing of this granulate to the finished component, the carbon fibres are optimally aligned to the load requirements. With this Carboflow process, any desired shape can be created from the granulate in an injection moulding process. Compared to the classic lightweight material aluminium, our Carbotecture® offers significant advantages: With the identical tensile and breaking strength of aluminium, Carbotecture® is 50 % lighter, so it weighs only half!
