The sporty handlebar stem AHEAD SWELL-XR of Ergotec impresses with its elegant design and is to be classified in the category mountain bike and racing. The stem CNC machined from aluminum is very stable and challenges it just to be used in rough terrain. Depending on posture and body size, the SWELL-XR can be adjusted in the angle from -20 to +40 degrees. The 4-way screwed handlebar clamp has a diameter of 31 mm and a clamping height on the steerer tube of 45 mm. In addition, the stem is very light due to its design, so there is a weight advantage over conventional MTB handlebar stems. All in all, the SWELL-XR is a successful blend of sporty elegance, coupled with exceptional robustness of aluminium.
