The folding size when folded is: 930 x 850 x 400 mm. Thus, an optimal use of space is guaranteed and the Upstreet 2 5.00 even fits in a bag. Furthermore, the low-entry frame ensures that every age group can comfortably saddle up on the Flyer Upstreet 2 5.00/5.01R. The low positioning of the Bosch motor and the integrated battery in the down tube, give you a perfectly balanced folding bike with excellent riding characteristics.

The Flyer Upstreet 2 Tailwind Guarantee - the Active Line Plus drive system

With the Bosch Active Line Plus drive, you are ready to venture anywhere! Whether the quick tour through the city or the trip beyond city limits - this powerful drive will give you plenty of fun on every ride. 50 Nm torque and up to 270% support power provide a steady tailwind. The Active Line drive impresses with its harmonious agility and support that is perfectly adapted to the rider.

A Bosch Powertube 500 Wh battery provides the juice for the Flyer Upstreet 2 5.00. This 13.4 Ah battery is optimal for extended or fast tours, be it in the city or in the countryside. The battery is located in the down tube and is lockable and removable. Thus, you can also charge the battery in the office or conveniently at home.

The central interface between rider and the Flyer Upstreet 2 is the Bosch Intuvia Display, which allows you to select the four different support levels offered by the Bosch drive. You can choose between Eco, Tour and Sport as well as Turbo mode. In addition, the display shows you the trip kilometres, the speed, the battery charge level or the remaining range as well as many other riding data.

High-quality e-bike components - for more safety and comfort

In order to move forward quickly in the city, you need an optimal gear ratio with excellent shifting performance. That's why Flyer has chosen the Shimano Nexus 8-speed shifting system for the Upstreet 2 5.00 and the Shimano Nexus with coaster for the Upstreet 2 5.01R. These components guarantee more safety and comfort as well as excellent shifting performance in all riding situations. With a total of 8 gears, you have a wide range of uses at your disposal, which allows you to be absolutely flexible in the city as well as in the countryside.

With the Active Line Plus drive, it is possible to achieve speeds of up to 25 km/h. Therefore, it is also immensely important to have the appropriate brakes on board. That is why the Flyer Upstreet 2 was equipped with SHIMANO T401 hydraulic disc brakes. These brakes are precise and well-dosed, even in the most difficult situations, and offer excellent braking performance.

To ensure optimum comfort off the beaten track, the Upstreet 2 is equipped with a SR Suntour SP12 NCX suspension seatpost. With its 50 mm suspension travel, it easily absorbs bumps in the ground, which in combination with the Selle Royal Ariel saddle ensures optimum long-distance comfort.

The equipment for road use

The Flyer Upstreet 2 is a safe and reliable city e-bike thanks to extensive safety equipment both in road traffic and on dirt and forest roads. A Busch & Müller lighting system guarantees an optimal route illumination and visibility from other road users at any time of day or night. A B&M Lumotec Upp shines at the front and a B&M 2C at the rear.

To ensure that you always reach the office or the lake cleanly, the Flyer Upstreet 2 is equipped with two SKS B65 mudguards. These protect you from splashing water or dirt. With the Flyer Racktime luggage rack with spring flap, you always have the option to take your work bag, the shopping from the farmers' market or the luggage for an exploration tour in the countryside with you on your travels. The equipment is rounded off by Abus anti-theft protection and an Ursus Hopper side stand, so that you can always park the Flyer Upstreet 2 safely in the city.
