For each hand the right grip. The grips of Ergon are available in sizes S and L. Here, the size refers to the grip circumference. Thus, the grips of size S are suitable for rather small to medium-sized hands (6.5 to 8.5, especially for women) and the grips of size L for medium to large hands (8.5 to 10.5).
