What is a Narrow Wide Chainring?

Narrow Wide chainrings stand for specially shaped tooth profiles. Here, wide and narrow teeth alternate and thus ensure perfect running of the chain. This makes it possible to combine a front 1-speed drive with 12 gears - without having to mount a chain guide. In addition, the Narrow Wide technology convinces with an optimised power transmission, which ensures better performance and less material wear.

The 104 mm Narrow Wide chainring from EBIKE24 by ESJOT

With the knowledge from over 10 years of e-bike spare parts trade, we have thought about the ideal chainring for pedelecs. The result is the EBIKE24 Narrow Wide chainring. Together with the drive component manufacturer ESJOT, we now produce a chainring that meets the demands of modern e-bikes - 100% Made in Germany. We attach the greatest importance to durability, maximum performance and easy handling. In addition to the Narrow Wide technology, we therefore rely on hardened steel with abrasion-resistant KTL coating. Thanks to the standard 104 mm hole pattern and 4-arm mount, the chainring with matching spider is also compatible with many e-bike motors - including Bosch, Yamaha, Brose and Bafang. But the drive sprocket also meets your different requirements in terms of gear ratio, depending on the area of use. The EBIKE24 Narrow Wide chainring is available in three versions with 32, 34 or 38 teeth.
