Bosch eBike ABS Pro control unit

The Bosch eBike ABS Pro control unit was developed for very sporty E-MTB activities. Whether downhill, e-racing or enduro racing - the ABS Pro is designed for downhill rides at high speeds. With the adapted slip control in the front wheel and the sportier rear wheel lift-off control, the Bosch control unit ensures worry-free riding. The revised technology also gives you more stability and a natural braking feel.

Please note: The ABS Pro control unit serves as a replacement part if the factory-fitted unit on your eBike is defective or damaged. The anti-lock braking system cannot be retrofitted.

Riding modes of the Bosch eBike ABS Pro control unit

Before you start riding, use the remote on your handlebar to select between 2 riding modes. For safety reasons, the change is only possible while standing and not while riding. Race mode is designed for E-MTB races at very high speeds. In this mode, only the slip control is activated. This means that there is no rear wheel lift-off control. This enables E-MTB techniques such as stoppies and hairpin bends. Trail Pro mode is designed for trail riding at high speeds. In this mode, both the slip control and the rear wheel lift control are activated. This enables efficient and stable braking. These features are particularly important on loose surfaces to prevent skidding. The ABS Pro actively supports you so that you remain in control in every situation.
