The Bosch Drive Unit Service Kit Repair BDU2xx is a spare parts kit for repairing Active Line and Performance Line drives from model year 2014. It can be used to repair damage of the right bottom bracket. The repair kit is intended exclusively for specialist workshops and should be used by qualified personnel.

Scope of delivery of the Bosch Drive Unit Service Kit Repair BDU2xx

  • Cover cap (incl. seal, bearing, freehub)
  • Bearing with bearing protection ring and bearing protection grease is pre-assembled
  • Gear wheel
  • Gearbox grease
  • Cover screws
  • Bearing pin with rubber collar sleeve and protective washer
  • Detailed repair instructions

Note:  Repair only beyond warranty!

Attention: The Bosch drive unit must not be repaired if one of the following points applies:

  • Drive units with the following type part number:
    0 275 007 020 | 0 275 007 021 | 0 275 007 022 | 0 275 007 023 | 0 275 007 024 |
    0 275 007 025
  • If your e-bike has a back-pedal / coaster brake
